Julie is visiting for the She & Him concert. When she texted me last night she was a bottle of wine into her night, and I was up at two beers which eventually became five. All things considered, not a lot of alcohol. When I woke up at 8, I couldn’t drink water without that about-to-puke feeling, so I called the library and said I’d be a little late. I took a glorious hour and a half long nap, got an egg and cheese bagel from Bergen with coffee, and now, I sit at the circulation desk doing what I probably would have been doing at home.

Tomorrow morning commences the mass exodus from the Taaffe lofts.
